The Current prevailing Tariff , on Twin-sharing basis, E.P. is as follows:
Peak Season (Mar 01st -Aug 31st )	Amount in Rupees

Standard Double Bedrooms	2000.00

Lean Season (Sept 01 - April 30)
40% discount on the Peak Season Tariff.

Kindly note, for gazetted holidays with long weekends such as 15th August, 2nd October, the period from 23rd December to 2nd January, etc, peak season tariff will be applicable.

Extra Person/Extra Bed charges
Rupees 300 per pax. There will be no additional charges for one child below twelve years of age, sharing bed with parents.

Heating in winters
Adequate and effective Heating arrangements can be provided in the chilly conditions of the Mussoorie winters at an extra cost. Excellent Bonfire arrangements can be provided round the year, on request.

PACKAGES AND GROUP TARIFF
Both of these offers are always available on application. The difference between them, however, is that Packages are available in the Peak Season also, whereas Groups are entertained only in the Season and Lean-Season. Packages such as CP, MAP & AP can be made available on request.

TAXES

Luxury Tax @ 5% is applicable on Lodging and Boarding.
VAT as applicable on Food & Beverages only.

Service Charge @ 10% .
